WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR.
- You bring at least 2 years of experience estimating and managing commercial or private construction projects, or you’re well on your way there.
- A bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering is preferred.
- You know how to read the story behind the paperwork—construction documents, blueprints, environmental conditions, technical procedures, professional journals, and government regulations all make sense to you.
- You can take accurate field measurements, think through the details, and turn numbers into solid cost estimates for labor, materials, and supplies.

- You’re dependable, trustworthy, and just as comfortable owning your work independently as you are collaborating with a team.
- You can handle deadlines and know how to keep projects moving when timelines get tight.
- You can successfully pass a pre-hire drug and alcohol screening.
